Seizou Watase, known for his stylish art style and lyrical short stories, and Hiromi Matsuo, whose popularity is growing thanks to her depictions of women that blend modern elements into a retro, classic world. Although their artistic styles and modes of expression differ, this collaboration between two artists who resonate with and respect each other’s creative worlds has finally come to fruition! Centered on a collaborative comic—for which Watase created the storyboards and Matsuo added her own interpretations and arrangements to bring it to life—and the behind-the-scenes process, this visual book compiles the elements that shape their respective creative worlds, as well as the people and works that have influenced them.
