Ryou Sagimiya has a rare condition called TSS, Transsexual Syndrome. While touring Tensei Academy, Ryou meets Nagisa Minakami, another student with TSS, and decides to enroll in the school. *Note: Includes six extra chapters.*

Sagimiya Ryou and Mikami Nagisa, both possessing this condition, find themselves drawn to each other and become lovers.
