Inner demons exist in everyone's heart. Can humans overcome their vices and realize their desires, or will they succumb to their inner demons, destroying themselves in the process. There was once a clan who responded to the desires which inspired and mislead mankind, using magical tools. They were called "Demon Appraisers". Oz is an ordinary high school student who dreams of becoming a mangaka. One day he receives a mysterious pen from his classmate "Babiro", but what series of events will occur once Oz receives this mysterious pen!?
