Karakishi's latest Naruto doujin from Comiket 83. It's based on the 6th Naruto movie "Road to Ninja." Apparently the Naruto cast visit an alternative bizarro-world where everyone is the opposite of themselves. Menma is Naruto's counterpart, and the Hinata featured in this doujin is the alternate-world Hinata, which is why her personality is so different.
