Koshikawa Tatsuya, who loves enka and dreams of the day he will be known as "Enka's Tatsuya", joins the major record company "Teiyo Records". After working in the sales department for a year and a half, he receives a transfer to the production department, which he has longed for, and is overjoyed. That night, Tatsuya happens to meet a young singer he knows, Miyauchi Sayaka, in Shinjuku.
