Yusuke's father dies while trying to save Naoko from drowning. The memory of Yusuke leads Naoko to the track, and six years later, they meet each other again at a Marathon competition. Naoko decides to become a manager to help Yusuke, a gifted runner, and they embark on training together to heal their sorrows from the past.

Naoko is visiting Nagasaki's Nakiri Island to receive treatment for her asthma when she meets Yuusei, a boy who loves to run. One day, she falls into the sea, and Yuusei's father goes in to help. Okita Keisuke begins his career as a golfer at age 24. Okita gets a good result in the Asian tour, and attends the UK open. He meets a caddie named Lily who's the daughter of a family of many excellent caddies. While fighting the tough tournament together, Okita and Lily get attracted to each other. Dan Doh!! focuses on a fifth grader named Tadamichi Aoba also nicknamed Dandoh. Dandoh and his two friends are their baseball team's best players, but after an incident with their school principal, they are introduced the world of golf. Dandoh and his friends are taught by a former pro golfer named Shinjō Mikiyasu who believes that they can surpass even him. As Dandoh begins to play in tournaments, his friendly spirit, determination, and hard working and competitive attitude brings the best in the players around him and earns him many friends.
