Teenager Murakami Chisato was sick of her granny panties and was hoping she would get lingerie that was more modern. Her classmate, Umeko (aka Plum) Sainoji, also has Miracle Lingerie and is scheming to take Chisato’s pair from her. Chisato’s classmate, Kudou Daisuke is a pervert and tries hard to make her take off her clothes to reveal her underwear. How will Chisato juggle between being a normal school girl, saving the world using her new powers, thwarting Umeko’s plans AND fighting off Daisuke’s perverted motives?

Raiga participates in Virtual Zoids Battles, but instead of using a chip or a card with Zoid info, an actual Zoid model is scanned into a computer system for the battler to use. This puts a big emphasis on customizing Zoids, as any custom parts or enhancements to the model will be inputted in the system for battle. Also to encourage readers to customize Zoids, there are a few short comics that give actual tips on how to customize a Zoid,including some tool and material recommendations. Ken Raiga's name is a pun, as when Liger is written in Japanese, it's written phonetically as "RAIGA". Ken Raiga always pilots a Liger type Zoid.
