My Dad's A Bad Guy!?
Papa wa Warumono!?· パパは悪者!?
manga

Papa wa Warumono!? (My Dad Is A Bad Guy!?) This is the sequel to her debut manga "Papa wa Hero!?". Three years have passed since Yuu found out his new his dad was the villan of "Dragon Fighters" (a Power Rangers-like show). Although he doesn't hate Prince Ryuth like he used to, he still hates villans. Ayuka (a girl in his class) loves villans and bugs him everyday so she can meet his dad. The answer of course is "NO". One day, Yuu hears the news that Prince Ryuth and Raisha (another villan from the show) were going to be married. At the same time, he is told that his step-dad would be playing another villan. Upon hearing the news, Yuu runs away. Ryouen No Mahoroba (Distant Utopia) This story is like an episode of Dragon Fighters. It's a serious and confusing story, and mostly focuses on Prince Ryuth and his men. You can say it is the prologue to the Dragon Fighters story since it takes place before all five of them are united together to fight the evil forces. Our Life If you liked Takumi and Kai from her short story "Ruri", you'll like this one too! This short story is a pointless but funny story about trying to stay cool on a hot summer day in school. Kai comes up with a great invention, but as usual, his inventions never work. Therefore, his classmates (especially Takumi) end up with even more problems. Mad This short story is a comedy. Yuna is the caretaker of an apartment. The only problem is that this apartment is full of residents who want to commit suicide. Therefore, she ends up running around everyday trying to prevent the residents from committing suicide. Okaasan Wa Kingyo (My Mother Is a Goldfish) This short story is another one of her comedies. Kairi's father has just gotten remarried, but Fuuri is not too sure what to think of her new mother. The reason? Her new mother is a flying silver goldfish. She consults her friend about this new mother, but her friend finds it rather amusing. Then one day, Kairi finds her mother (the goldfish) lying on the kitchen floor half dead. Gekka Kajin Lumen Lunae
Gekka Kajin LUMEN LUNAE· 月華佳人 LUMEN LUNAE
manga

The series follows the life of Kai Houjou, the son of a young human woman and the king of demons. Kai's teenage mother was raped and Kai was stolen from her at birth to be raised as a tortured prisoner in the demon world. He has now escaped and returned to the human world to find and protect his mother. However, time moves differently in the two worlds and although Kai is grown, it has only been a year since his mother gave birth. Kai enters his mother's high school in order to stay near her. Meanwhile, demons hunt for Kai, and he must fight or make deals to save himself and his mother, while trying to discover why the demons consider him such a threat. The story is dark, with references to and scenes of rape, torture, incest, and murder. Kai is a teenage boy who has known little in the world besides torture and rape, mostly at the hands of his older half-brother, a demon prince. Kai's mother is a traumatized victim, who has found the strength to go back to school after her ordeal, even though she is now the subject of rumor and ridicule. Many of the demons have tortured/incestuous pasts (or presents) themselves. While the art is not very sexually explicit, and less violently explicit than one might expect, the story implies all manner of horror, perversion, and eroticism.

Another Day
Dragon Knights Gaiden: One Day, Another Day· ドラゴン騎士団外伝ワンデイ・アナザーデイ
manga

A collection of Dragon Knights one shots and sidestories originally published in WINGS magazine. The summaries below are taken from DK Sanctuary Title Story: One Day, Another Day Summary: Set before the end of the series, it's basically a side story of a day in the Dragon Castle, kind of in Zoma's perspective. Title: Juuji ni Hikaru Hoshi Summary: Takes place before the events of the actual series. This is a back story that shows how Lykouleon and Raselane met, introducing Lykouleon's uncle, Fieruto. Title: Mamono no Mori no Kioku Summary: Another backstory that delves a little bit more into the relationship between Bierrez and Cesia before the series started. It also shows how Nadil became the demon lord. Title: Happiest Children Summary: This actually has three little side stories in it. The first one is about Rune's dream about everyone dressed in drag, the second is about a little adventure that the three dragons go on, and then the third is like a day in the life of Alfeegi, Ri-ma, and Duma. Title: Crescendo Summary: Backstory about how Lykouleon and Kaistern met and how Kaistern then became the Blue Dragon Officer. Title: CONFESSION - Thats Summary: This is basically the backstory of Thatz and how he knew about Rath's little secret. Title: CONFESSION - Rath Summary: The final gaiden published by Ohkami through WINGS. Basically telling a lot about Rath, particularly his relationship with Kaistern.

Congrats! You Got Married!
Iwai! Dekichatta kekkon· 祝!できちゃった結婚
manga

‘Iwai! Dekichatta kekkon’, which roughly translates into 'Let's celebrate! Shotgun marriage', is a semi-educational manga drawn by Unita Yumi (Usagi Drop etc.). The title basically gives the whole story away: Yuki (25, office worker) finds out that she is pregnant, breaks the news to her happy-go-lucky boyfriend, Raita (25, eternal part-timer), and the two start planning their future together. From then on, on the first level of story, we are following the everyday adventures (apartment hunting, planning the wedding, choosing a hospital) and hardships (mainly money problems) the young couple must overcome. On the second level, as the manga foretells us in the Preface, this romantic comedy has another ‘motive’ besides the entertainment of the reader: it wants to teach those who are in the same situation and those who might get into one in the future (so all of us, readers). Thus, the author frequently comments on the current events, gives thoroughly precise, almost medical-level explanations (at other times just within the boundary of common sense) of the terms mentioned in the conversations, and presents the reader with the results of a short survey on the topic at the end of each chapter. The latter attributes to the lack of drama (parents are pretty understanding); however, this manga is a good read: a heartwarming and lighthearted story.
