This part will take place in Morioh-Cho (the same town in Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable), but in the alternative universe in which Steel Ball Run takes place. Following the Great East Japan earthquake, Morioh has been stricken by vast earthen protrusions known by the locals as Wall Eyes. Despite investigation, professional estimations are left empty. Meanwhile, the young girl Yasuho Hirose discovers a man buried within the ground, he possesses a distinctive star-shaped birthmark together with deeply penetrating bite marks. The man, who has contracted a staple case of amnesia is taken in by a local family and given the name Jousuke Higashikata, however mysterious events cannot stop from piling one upon the other and soon that enigma known as stands emerges to complement the great cloud of confusion.

During the events of Stone Ocean, Jolyne hears the story of one of her co-prisoners—a shunga (erotic ukiyo-e) artist popular among the inmates. Following the two's meeting, Pucci comes up yet another Stand-powered plan to put Jotaro's daughter out of commission.

Irene is a professional assassin who is able transform into any type of woman using her 'makeup' power. But instead of being a cold blooded killer like her last generation, she decides to use her power for a better good. The novel is about a normal day in Morioh, from the point of view of a new character named Takuma Hasumi. His stand is called The Book, has the appearance of a normal book, and possesses the power to record everything he sees or feels. Josuke and the rest of the Part IV heroes appear as antagonists. The story takes place in Morioh, in the year 2000. Three days before the end of winter break. Koichi and Rohan find a blood-stained cat outside a convenience store. They go searching for the cat's owner, and find a woman's strange-looking corpse inside the house. By using Heaven's Door, they find a clue: "a male student with red scratch marks under his arm." Over the span of 3 months, the curtain opens on this incident.

Set between the events of *Stardust Crusaders* and *Diamond is Unbreakable*, ten years after DIO's demise, the story follows Hol Horse, who has since returned to his job as a mercenary. After accepting a job from the mother of Pet Shop's owner - tracking down a parrot who was raised alongside the falcon - and teaming up with a reluctant Boingo for one more gig, he arrives in Morioh, where he is faced not only with Josuke, who at this point is still learning the ins and outs of his Stand, but Kakyoin's mourning cousin, Ryoko. Haunted by visions of DIO's overwhelming presence and pursued by a mysterious foe, the four have to join forces to get to the bottom of this mystery, its ties to The World's user deeper than any of them thought they could be.
