This is a story about a young girl working in a manor, and a demon who lives within a mirror.
Jason used to be a popular actor of the TV drama "The Mark of Watzel". However, he is just a fraudulent salesman now. Suddenly Jason receives a request: "I want you to deceive my daughter who is sick and has just a few months to live". Will Jason ever be the hero Erin admires so much?
*Kaze Tachinu* focuses on Jirou Horikoshi, the designer of Japan's famed Mitsubishi A6M Zero fighter plane of World War II. It also adapts Tatsuo Hori's 1936–37 novelette of the same name, which follows the tentative relationship with a male narrator and Setsuko who suffers from encroaching tuberculosis.
Location: London; time: near-future. John Watson, a depressed and unemployed man, receives an invitation to become a certain "unusual person's" flatmate. He soon finds out that this unusual person is an android named Sherlock Holmes.
