Her love unrequited, but even now, she still has not forgotten her feelings for her... 3. **Sekai no Owari to Keiko to Fuuko** (世界の終わりとケイコとフーコ) A story of jealousy and the desire to monopolize. 4. **Numa, Kurayami, Yoru no Mori** (沼、暗闇、夜の森) Kiko can see ghosts, and much prefers communicating with them than with real people, but has a crush on a living girl, Isotani. 5. **Suwako-san to Date** (スワコさんとデート) A side story linked to the main couple from the one-shot Suwako-san to Uchuu Ryouko. 6. **Shitagi-doori** (下着通り) A light-hearted comedy about people not being able to pass unless dressed only in their underwear. But for some reason, the main couple have forgotten to put their bras on...?! 7. **Kenka** (ケンカ) A lesbian couple quarrel by attacking each other with phallic objects.
Hundreds of years ago, 48 sexual positions were created and named, it is the equivalent to the Japanese kamasutra. It is likely that these moves were devised during the Edo period (1603-1868), reflecting the 48 set of moves that Sumo wrestling recognizes. 48 different manga artists came together and created one shots for each different position. In this first volume, 24 of those positions are featured.

The main story in this tankoubon takes up half of the book. The first time Misaki met Eiji NIRESAKI, she was 17 years old, and he was visiting her father as part of some sort of study group. I believe Misaki's father is a university professor or a scientist. There is some chemistry between Eiji and Misaki right away, and before you know it, Eiji announces his intention to marry her. They get married after she graduates from high school, but their romance does not last for long. Eiji begins acting strange, and after only a few months, he leaves Misaki. What is going on with Eiji? It looks like he is involved with some serious things that Misaki has no idea about, things that are keeping him away from her. Meanwhile, Misaki is alone and pregnant...
