Set before Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, the story follows the Titans Test Team, Black Otter Team, on their mission to test new mobile suits for the Titans. It begins with Eliard Hunter, an Earth Federation mobile suit pilot being assigned to the Titans and transferring to the Aswan, an Alexandria class carrier. There he meets Carl Matsubara, another new Titans recruit, Audrey April a skilled pilot and chief of test operations and data gathering, and Wes Murphy, a veteran of the One Year War and the Delaz Conflict. The Black Otter team doesn’t just carry out test runs, it also participates in real combat missions against Zeon Remnants and later, against AEUG.
The story of Gundam F91 revolves around teenage space colonist Seabook Arno, his girlfriend Cecily Fairchild, and the efforts of the Crossbone Vanguard militia, led by Cecily's grandfather Meitzer Ronah, to establish an aristocracy known as "Cosmo Babylonia". In keeping with Gundam tradition, the civilian Seabook is forced by circumstance to pilot the F91 Gundam, coincidentally designed in part by his estranged mother, Dr. Monica Arno. In the futuristic setting of U.C. 0123, the Earth Federation Forces have developed the F91 Gundam, a cutting-edge mobile suit equipped with a Bio-Computer. Meanwhile, a mysterious organization called the Crossbone Vanguard emerges, led by Iron Mask and Supreme Commander Meitzer, with ambitious plans to change the world.
The story takes place in U.C. 0084 in the form of a video documentary. It is based on interviews with soldiers and officers of the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon who participated in the final battle of A Baoa Qu during the end of the One Year War in U.C. 0079.
In F.C. 60, the 13th Gundam Fight begins. Domon Kasshu pilots the Shining Gundam as the representative of Neo Japan, the Japanese space colony. Along with his crew member Rain Mikamura, he battles the other countries' representatives in order to earn the right to rule Earth and the colonies for four years for Neo Japan. However, Domon seems to be more concerned with finding his brother and the stolen Devil Gundam.
The year is Universal Century 0087. Seven years have passed since the end of the One Year War. In its zeal to stamp out any remaining opposition, the Earth Federation has organized the Titans, an elite fighting force. However, the Titans soon get out of hand, committing atrocities on par with the worst the Principality of Zeon had to offer during the war. In response, dissatisfied citizens, former Zeon soldiers, and even members of the Earth Federal Forces form a resistance group known as the Anti-Earth Union Group, or AEUG. In A.G. 151, the space pirates "Bisidian" have taken advantage of war to extend their power. The Bisidian are associated with Ract Elfamel who supports them in finding the treasure. Once they have located the treasure, Captain Angrazzo ordered his son, Wivik Lambro, to come up a strategy to retrieve the treasure Bisidian has been looking for for some time, but when he infiltrates a certain asteroid in pursuit, who should be lying in wait but federation veteran Largan Drace's platoon!
