"Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru Punitto!" is a sequel to "Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha-bu Shozoku". It is humorous, slice-of-life spin-off that focuses on the daily lives of the Hero Club.

A short sequel to *Kaze to Ki no Uta* originally in the *Umi no Tenshi* artbook. It has been included with every bunko edition as well.

Nijigen is a freshman and Banri's friend. He gains his nickname at the tea ceremony club's welcoming party after declaring his despair of the three-dimensional world and that he would live for the two-dimensional world from then on. His nickname in high school was "Satoutaka".

The scene is Tokyo in 2031 AD. The world has become too polluted for the majority of the people to live without special shields to protect the air they breathe. The Ookawabata Detective Agency consists of three people: the old, bald, boss, the somewhat slovenly man Muraki, and the cute young lady Megumi. Rather than solving crimes, they use their investigative skills and network of people to determine the truth behind rumors and urban legends for their customers. Their range of cases can include anything from tracking down a person from the past to finding a love hotel with a 1-way mirror for voyeurs.

Sato Ichiro once called himself 'Maryuin Koga' and behaved as if he were a hero in a fantasy world. His strange behavior caused his classmates to bully him and he left the school. At his new school, he tries to behave like a normal boy, but one day he meets a girl who cosplays with a blue cape. She calls herself "a researcher traveling from the outer world to search for the 'Dragon Terminal'". At first, Ichiro rejects the girl, Sato Ryoko, because her behavior reminds him of his embarrassing past, but he changes his mind after seeing her getting bullied. In order to bring Ryoko back to real life, Ichiro accepts her and his past and begins the final battle as Maryuin Koga.
