From [Bakeneko Scanlations](https://www.mangaupdates.com/groups.html?id=5239): Tanaka Hajime and Harada were leaders of the yakuza group called Yanase. They were wiped out in the conflict between the Yanase group and the Kawa-guchi. The Kawaguchi group thinks that they killed Tanaka Hajime and buried him. Tanaka Hajime was saved by Harada, though he has lost all his memory. Knowing nothing, as Harada asks him if its a lie, Hajime states why would he. Then is when Harada tells Hajime that they are lovers. Is this true?

Yuki Yoshino, a junior high school teacher, is informed that he's an "Ikigami donor." Ikigami are the strongest military-operated human beings, and the treatment for these super humans requires body fluids from their unique donor. As Yoshino is about to learn what it means to be an Ikigami donor, Kido storms into the room and demands for his donor. Kido, a super famous Ikigami, is told that Yoshino is his donor and Kido orders Yoshino to treat his open leg wound with his saliva. On the surface, Hinako appears to be a brilliant and beautiful young woman, but in reality, she is a lazy girl with no life skills. However, due to family reasons, Hinako has to play the role of the "perfect young lady" at school. Wanting to protect her, Itsuki took on the job of caring for her. Eventually, Hinako began to spoil Itsuki with all her might -- "I don't want...... Itsuki to leave my side right now."
