The story takes place in the same official Code Geass history as the anime, but in a different era. The title character, Renya, is a 17-year-old boy with a mechanical left arm and shuriken throwing stars as his weapons of choice. The story begins when Renya encounters a mysterious, perpetually young witch named "Reifū C.C." C.C. has appeared in Japan's historical Edo era to seek a new partner for a covenant. Meanwhile, a mysterious man, with a striking resemblance to the character Lelouch of the original anime, also appears with unknown intentions.

"Koganeiro" is about a group of high schoolers in their second year who are confronted with the possibly lifer-altering decision of what to do after high school.

For 500 years, people have been unable to enter “The Forbidden Continent” in the Southern Hemisphere. Mankind’s first successful voyage, the research ship “Pandora”, has returned. People from around the world gather to try and catch a glimpse; and Nayuta, the daughter of the Pandora’s captain, is also excited to see the creatures brought back from the Forbidden Continent. She happens to meet a mysterious young boy on Eden Island. Sen warns Nayuta “You don’t know the real reason the “Forbidden Continent” is forbidden”…what does Sen really mean!?

Kagari Shuuya found himself inside a white room where he was shown a futuristic interface to reincarnate in another world. He was given choices of race and 4 extra skills.
