This story is about a middle school kid whose name is Nanami Dan who's actually a spy from spy country in europe and can turn into adult for 77 minutes with a drugs called soma. While in adult form, his ability to fight rises dramatically and he has a special ability thanks to which women can't say no to him, so he uses it to dig information from women. Later on, a girl whose ability is to remember everything she saw and someone else whose abilty is to see the enemies movement slowly are joined him.

The story is based on the real Yoshiko Kawashima, a female spy who worked for Japan and disguised herself as a man. The story will follow Kawashima during the interwar period of the Taishou era.
