With human overpopulation quickly becoming an immense problem, Dr. Lehman decides the best idea is for humanity to live in the sea. However, believing his son has died as a result of the experiment, Dr. Lehman and his wife commit his body to the sea, just as an angry mob – complete with pick axes and lawn rakes – shows up on their doorstep, demanding to know where the child is. The pair is convicted of murder and sentenced to prison.

In the eastern part of the white Congo, a film crew is trying to get good shots from the animals inhabiting it. One day, they find a strange old tower in the middle of the jungle, and from that point on, mystery and danger ensues.

One day life in the peaceful little village known as Jusanri is disrupted by the sudden and unexplained appearance of a convoy of construction trucks.
