Alpha Held Down By A Hungry Sigma

Rei Takashiro, CEO of a pharmaceutical company specializing in secondary genders, decides to personally volunteer for the clinical trials of a new drug for alphas. Upon returning to his office, he is shocked to find his secretary Takashi in a powerful state of rut with no known cause. As they scramble for emergency suppressants, Takashi confesses that he's a "superior alpha" ― that is, a special secondary gender known as "sigma"... Sigmas are so rare that there's still no clear method of treating their rut. All out of options, Rei reluctantly offers up his alpha body as a remedy...
After the pair get intimate in an attempt to calm Takashi's heightened state, Rei's body somehow begins to change...!

In this omegaverse manga starring a secretary and his CEO, an alpha is turned into an omega!
