Hwayo, the main character who was born with two genders at the same time, is a troublemaker who tries to undergo gender reassignment surgery to be the opposite gender depending on whether the person she likes is a man or a woman.
Hwayo is currently a female college student. This time, she was hospitalized to undergo gender reassignment surgery to become a man in order to confess to Rosa, who she had liked since high school.
