The Year is Universal Century 0087, seven years have now passed since the Principality of Zeon declared their surrendered to the Earth Federation thus ending the events that have now become known as the One Year War. Now an organized hunt for the remnants of Zeon is underway under the leadership of the Earth Federation Forces Elite Forces the "Titans", An elite force that is accountable only to themselves. However this tyrannical force is not unopposed the global anti-federal government organizational sentiments are gradually spreading among the space colonies. This is the story of one boy Kamille Bidan.

In its zeal to stamp out any remaining opposition, the Earth Federation has organized the Titans, an elite fighting force. However, the Titans soon get out of hand, committing atrocities on par with the worst the Principality of Zeon had to offer during the war. An alternate retelling of the events from the original Zeta Gundam series. Char Aznable, formerly a captain in the Principality of Zeon, is forced to assist and join the Titans after the One Year War when his sister, Artesia, is taken hostage by them. His primary mission becomes the pursuit of Zeon remnants.

Ensign Reccoa Londe has provided the AEUG with information regarding possible mobile suit development at the civilian colonies of Green Noa. Lieutenant Quattro (Char Aznable) with his wingmen Lieutenant JGs Apolly (Andy) and Roberto (Ricardo) head to the colony to investigate. On Green Noa 1, Kamille Bidan is rushing to the spaceport where the Temptation, a ship a former One Year War ace is on, is docking. He’s hoping to get an autograph from the famed Captain Bright Noa. As Bright explains that he’s on duty, Jerid and company interrupt the two. Jerid smacktalks Bright for receiving a two rank demotion upon refusing to join the Titans and grabs Kamille’s photo saying he should sign it as an elite member of the Federation. The two get into a scuffle and Kamille is hauled off for questioning. Matosh questions Kamille about being an AEUG insider but just then he’s freed after his story checks out. Just as the handcuffs come off, the Gundam MK-II crashes into the building…
