Small encounters in a corner of the universe. Each one full of stories. The collection contains five short stories published in the magazine *Aokishi* by Makoto Hagino, the author of *A Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow*. In the far future, an android travels far into space. His purpose is to search for "ghosts" of a certain life form that once built an advanced civilization on a planet once called Earth, in the title story.
