Executive Managing Director Shima Kosaku

Another story from the saga of Salaryman Shima Kousaku of the Hatsushiba Electric Company. This time Kousaku finds himself working at Hatsushiba's Chinese division, and, as usual, nothing is going smoothly. His superiors have different and incompatible ideas, romantic entanglements are complicated, he can't go to the video store without finding a ripoff of the latest Japanese video games, and political protests threaten to severely disrupt Hatsushiba's operations. Through it all, Kousaku keeps his head high and somehow manages to work for the company and retain human dignity.
