Straylight Run: Under no Tenshi to Shinizokonai no Hangakusha

A cyberpunk story depicting the life of a boy who never stopped fighting against the world! In a world where the Earth’s surface has been contaminated, humanity has been driven into the massive structure known as “Top Tower.” In stark contrast to the rulers on the upper floors, it is commonplace for the poor in the lower levels to sell off parts of their bodies and undergo cyberization. Lucky, a boy disheartened by this corrupt reality, steals “Providence”, a program developed in secret by the U.S. military, and installs it into his own body. Though Lucky has gained god-like powers beyond human comprehension, he becomes a fugitive in exchange for them. Having lost his friends, his parents, and even a place to call home, the only thing left for him is Hikari, a girl he met in the Under, the lowest level, where he narrowly escaped with his life.
