The Tale of JIRO

Called “the greatest sushi in the world” and respected by chefs across the globe, Sukiyabashi Jiro’s master craftsman, Ono Jirō, continues to make sushi even at 93 years old (as of October 2018). What kind of childhood did he have? What kinds of hardships and training did he endure? What has supported him throughout his life? Where did his unwavering dedication come from?
