-Description
A yakuza steeped in the spirit of the ’80s receives a magic wand the "Dreaming Star Rod". Yakuza member Ryusei Kanai is entrusted with a "compact" by his sworn brother on his deathbed as a “memento.” The compact transforms into a Mysterious wand and summons a fluffy creature with the code phrase “Dreaming Star.” The small animal, calling itself Meteor, claims that this "Dreaming Star Rod" is a magic wand that grants wishes…!?
