Utilizing their extraordinary powers of possession, precognition, telekinesis, and pyrokinesis, the "Special Ability Division" of the Public Safety Department works to prevent and punish crimes. The story begins with the transfer of the non-superpowered Tsuchida to the Special Ability Division. The division, tasked with pursuing individuals with extraordinary abilities, is composed of those very same superhumans. Tsuchida, bewildered by their eccentricities and idiosyncrasies, continues to pursue cases alongside them!
