Kyosuke, a first-year university student who has only recently moved to Tokyo, is exhausted by the packed commuter trains when Akihito, a third-year student at his university, comes to his rescue.

Kyosuke quickly falls for the stylish and sophisticated, yet slightly scatterbrained Akihito, and wastes no time confessing his feelings. However, Akihito leaves with a lonely expression after telling him, “I can’t return your feelings.”

Unable to get Akihito’s expression out of his mind, Kyosuke runs after him, but ultimately fails to find him. Instead, he comes across an adorable, fluffy Pomeranian.

Worried about the little dog being all alone, Kyosuke takes it home. But when he starts playing with it and gives it a kiss, the Pomeranian suddenly transforms into Akihito...!?
