The sun has disappeared, the rain never stops. The last human being, Tell, and his cat, Tom, who speaks a few words, live quietly in an old deserted metropolis. One day, while they were leading their unchanged daily lives, a great change suddenly occurred. What brought about this change was a human survivor who was supposed to be the only other person who existed.
