Childhood Friends, The Third Generation of A Tea House and A Bar Owner

Seinosuke, the son of a bar owner, and Issa, the son of a tea house owner, were born and raised as next-door neighbors and childhood friends. Between Seinosuke, who dotes on him with total devotion, and the easygoing Issa, the two are a famous duo in their neighborhood. However, the truth is that Seinosuke has been head-over-heels in love with Issa since they were children. As part of his daily routine, Seinosuke has to wake up the heavy-sleeper Issa, help him manage his morning wood, and get him dressed. It all started back in middle school when Issa began stripping naked in his sleep, making it impossible for him to rely on his parents for help anymore. For ten long years, Issa has never once woken up while Seinosuke was taking care of him... or so it seemed, until now.
