NEW GAME+ IN A BIZZARO UNIVERSE  Shiki and Rebecca manage to reunite and recover their memories in Universe Zero. As they journey to gather their crewmates, they discover glaring differences between their previous universe and their current one. Old friends are living different lives with different histories, and old enemies appear in unlikely places bringing new kinds of trouble!

HOMURA'S HOMECOMING  While confronting Nero and Drakken, Shiki's crew manages to reunite with Homura. However, the reunion is bittersweet as Homura's memories from the previous universe don't return. Unlike what happened with the other reunited crew members, Homura's memories remain blocked despite seeing familiar faces and spending time with friends. In an effort to jolt Homura's memories, the crew decides to take Homura to meet her mother despite the near certainty that it will be a painful experience...

MAD AT THE SCIENTIST!  Shiki's crew learns the shocking truth behind the destruction of Foresta after confronting Shura and his companions. Xenolith is innocent and the true villain is Müller. It seems that Müller is just as crazy and evil in the current universe as he was in the previous one. Shiki and Shura head to Müller's laboratory to beat some truth out of the mad scientist, but Müller's nowhere to be found and Rebecca has gone missing as well!

The planet Miltz is hidden amongst thousands of dummy planets and should be safe from Void and his crew, but somehow an intruder appears with what seems like the ability to stop time! Only Rebecca is immune to the intruder's time-stopping ability, and she does her best to stop the intruder, but things escalate when the one intruder becomes many. Luckily an old friend appears and together they face the mysterious enemy in a game?!

The Demon King's Four Dark Stars have once again managed to infiltrate the Edens Zero. With the ship locked down and a self-destruct sequence initiated, the Shining Stars fight their counterparts while Shiki makes a beeline for Edens One to confront Void. However, Void is not aboard Edens One and is heading straight towards Mother! Void believes humans are the root of all evil and in order to create a universe without humans, Mother must die!

The Edens Zero crew fights to the bitter end with the Four Dark Stars as the Edens Zero self-destruct sequence counts down. Ziggy unexpectedly barges into the fight against Void, freeing Shiki and Rebecca to go save Mother who is inexplicably dying. However, when Shiki finally accomplishes his grand goal of meeting Mother, instead of granting his wishes, she gives him an impossible choice that threatens the lives of his loved ones!

Mother has presented Shiki with an impossible choice. He can either lose some of his loved ones now or doom everyone in the universe to die in the future after all the ether withers away. Shiki takes the situation in stride despite there seeming to be no good option. He makes a choice but has no intention of letting things play out the way Mother described. Shiki has a plan to somehow save everyone, but Void isn't about to sit still and let Shiki do as he pleases!

Shiki always wanted friends, lots and lots of friends. Throughout his adventures across time and space, he's made many precious friends. In this final battle to save Mother and everyone in the universe, Shiki and his friends make an epic last stand. Ziggy, the Edens One crew and all their friends hold Void and the Edens One at bay while Shiki does the unthinkable and goes deep in the belly of the chronophage to coerce it into saving Mother!
