Sono Seiren naru Tsubuyaki wo

Maki is having a difficult winter since he has moved to a town that is prone to snowfalls. During one of his usual falls, he meets a young, sad man, Kotaki, who always places flowers near the train station. One evening, Maki hears Kotaki say "One More Day". What does this mean? Can Maki do anything to help?
