Tonari no Kare ga Yasemashite

One day Takahiko, Aki’s close colleague for the past couple years, declares that he is going on a diet to improve his health. Aki invites Takahiko to run with him every morning not having much faith that he will stick with it. Through all the hard work, though, Takahiko surprises Aki with his commitment, and the two become even closer. The new, improved Takahiko is super hot and not only very attractive to Aki but also to everyone else. He wants to support his friend as all these people flock to date him, but he finds it increasingly irritating. So, Aki tries to distance himself to thwart his growing feelings. Will Takahiko finally get a girlfriend? And how will Aki deal with his feelings if he does?
