Pineapple Feeling

Light love comedy about a boy who's always been raised as a girl (and thought that he was one) until his father (mother actually...) decides to have him enter an all boys' high school. There he meets the same senpai with whom he had a crush when he was still a girl. But then he discovers that the senpai has got an identical twin brother so now he's all confused and doesn't know with which guy he has fallen in love. Unexpected ending for those who haven't read other works by Manda.
