Lovely Uchikoshi-kun!!

From KodanClub: Uchikoshi is a 10th grader who belongs to a strong tennis team. He was supposed to spend his time at high school concentrating on his tennis. Unfortunately he is a target of senior bullies. Despite this, he is surrounded by a group of girls, with whom he is hugely popular. One day, a girl called Maki Shinobu joins Uchikoshi's high school. She is actually a blood-sucking vampire. Maki immediately falls in love with Uchikoshi and vows to kill all the girls around the world so that she can have Uchikoshi all to herself. This is a funny tale about Uchikoshi's struggle to save all the girls from Maki.
