Doctor Chichibuyama

A description of the anime from Anime Vice: In this short-lived black comedy based on a 1983 manga by Keiichi Tanaka originally serialized in Comic Gekiga Murajuku, Dr. Chichibuyama, the perverse, sunglasses-wearing head of a hospital way out in the mountains, terrorizes patients with the help of his lover and a sexy young nurse. Though the manga rode the fad of "Lolita Complex" titles typified by Cream Lemon, the anime version appeared at the end of the boom and failed to ignite much interest.
