Code of Survival

Hayato, an ordinary office worker, accidentally scans a QR code on his way to a meeting. He then enters the world of an app where murders are committed in order to survive. He must defeat his opponent and read the QR code within a time limit or face horrible consequences.... Will he be able to escape this world alive in the time he has left?
