The Aberrant-Headed Guy and the Human Girl

The main character, who was worked to the bone as a corporate slave/office lady in the human world, was transported to another world where she became the pet of Aberrant Head-san. Although they both hold romantic feelings towards each other, it's hard for them to develop their relationship with their difference in species standing in the way.
