Shuryō no Yumeka

Yumeka, a licensed hunter, while hunting in the woods of Saitama, finds a talking deer she's never seen in Japan before. She then finds out that the most of human population nearby vanished, and the animals from all around the world were teleported there instead, gaining human intelligence and can speak like humans.
