Children's book editor Kazuto Fujio is secretly in love with Tsukasa Shiba, a manga artist 5 years younger than him...and also his childhood friend. In fact, Kazuto lives right next door in order to support him: whether cooking meals or lending an ear as the easily-enamored Tsukasa cries about his latest romantic failures, Kazuto is always there to spoil him.
