Mako is best friends with Mitsuko. In high school Mako had stronger feelings than friendship for Mitsuko, but Mitsuko made it clear that she did not approve of same-sex relationships. Since then Mako has pushed away her feelings, but how can she when Mitsuko keeps getting so close to her?
