Laguna, heir to a frontier noble house on the borderlands, is a reincarnated Japanese individual who discovers this world is actually the otome game he knew. Although he wants to live a leisurely life, he finds himself struggling with the unfamiliar task of managing a territory. Suddenly, a marriage is arranged between Laguna and a member of a much higher-ranking noble family. The bride, Alicia, turns out to be the "villainess" from the otome game— Laguna comes to realize that Alicia's designation as a "villain" is completely unfounded.
