On the planet of Hekiou, there is a continuing war between the first wave of immigrants and the second. An important section of the military uses a native creature, the Niebass, to give its soldiers translocation abilities. These soldiers are all women, with the alien creature transplanted into their wombs. Some people see this practice as a violation of human women by aliens, and Mana Oga's boyfriend has a similar perspective on the matter. Mana Oga is a new soldier in this section, and the story follows her and the other women in her group who accept the alien creatures into their wombs in order to defend their homes.

It’s been hundreds of years since mankind immigrated to the planet Rafnas. The planet is abundant in the natural anti-gravity substance called “Rafna”, and the humans there unknowingly took it up inside their bodies and gained the ability to fly at will. Our story starts one day as the woman Lima, who has strong abilities and came to the village to investigate the river, meets Ragi, a man who has no Rafna inside him and can’t fly.

Set in the distant future on the planet Hekiousei, which has been colonized by humans, the story follows the battles of a group of pregnant warriors who gain the ability to jump into space by having an alien organism implanted in their wombs. Prior to the main story "WOMBS", the pregnant warriors, Almere and her friends, who had not yet controlled their jumping ability, escaped from the army and went to the enemy country. They escape from the army and visit Binard, an obstetrician who is hiding in an enemy country, and demand an abortion...
