Story set in 1980's. Schoolboy Kenzi likes his fellow girl-classmate and decides to set up rock-band with his friends.

A gag manga that riffs on four-character idiomatic expressions. The title provides two examples: kachoufuugetsu means "flower, bird, wind, moon", referring to the traditional Japanese themes of nature; while uyokyokusetu means complications/vicissitudes.
