The kingdom of Märchenland, where various characters from fairy tales reside, is attacked by Pierrot, the evil emperor of the Bad End Kingdom, who seeks to direct the world towards its worst ending and steals the Cure Decors, which power the Queen of Märchenland, Royale. Using the last of her energy, Royale manages to seal Pierrot away. However, his minions seek to revive Pierrot by harnessing the Bad Energy from the people of Earth. In order to protect Märchenland and regain her strength, Royale sends out five mystical lights to Earth and orders a fairy named Candy to search for five legendary warriors, the Pretty Cures. Arriving in the town of Nanairogaoka, she encounters Miyuki Hoshizora, a new transfer student, who soon gains the power to become Cure Happy. A direct continuation of the former season, this series again follows the story of Nozomi Yumehara and her friends from Precure 5. The girls who had formerly lost their powers and bade farewell to their friends Coco and Nuts from Palmier Kingdom are resurrected as Pretty Cure by the mysterious woman Flora who also wants them to find her in a place called Cure Rosegarden. To go there, they need the magic Rose Pact and the powers of the four kings of countries surrounding Palmier. But a dark organization called Eternal is also striving to get to Cure Rosegarden by stealing the Rose Pact. Luckily, Precure get helped by new allies: the delivery-boy Syrup who can change into a giant bird and fly them anywhere they want and the mysterious and beautiful fighter Milky Rose stand alongside Pretty Cure to protect what is really valuable.

Mirai is a 13-year-old girl who lives in the human world. One day she witnesses a mysterious object fall from the sky into the park. Excitedly, she brings her stuffed bear Mofurun with her to see what it was. When she gets there she sees a girl named Riko flying on a broom. Riko is of the same age and from the magical world. Mirai has a lot of questions, and Riko explains that she's searching for a jewel with strong powers called "Link Stone Emerald." Then Batti, an ally of the dark magic users Dokurokushi, appears before them and demands that Riko hand over the "Link Stone Emerald," which Riko herself had been looking for. To make things worse, Batti uses dark magic to create a monster known as a Yokubaru! Using the power of the PreCards and their changing forms, alongside Cure Honey and Cure Fortune, they form the HappinessCharge PreCure team as they are given the task to collect all of the PreCards and defend the Earth against the Phantom Empire.

Ashita no Nadja is the story of a young girl who grew up in an orphanage in England. One day she learns she may not be an orphan after all, and suddenly finds herself chased by some strange men. She ends up fleeing the orphanage and joins a travelling troupe of entertainers. The show follows her travels across Europe as she tries to find her mother and figure out who she really is. She meets many new people, makes lots of friends, and finds herself falling for two boys- Francis, the son of a wealthy family, and the Black Rose, a mysterious masked thief.
