There are twenty independent stories written by twenty different authors, sharing the common theme of "April". An anthology that is considered a rare item as it has never hit the shelves as a standalone book. There is no ISBN and it is an unbuyable except in online auctions. The anthology was published as a bonus gift to Dengeki Magazine readers in 2009.

Naoki Kisaragi, a member of the men's basketball team at his high school, has been troubled by something lately: he's always being gazed at suggestively by the overly-beautiful younger female manager of his team. When asked about it, she tells him, "Well, that's my duty as your manager!" But for some reason, she stays behind to keep him company during his individual practice sessions, visits him at home when he's caught a cold to make sure he's okay, and such. It's almost as if she's giving him excessive special treatment... One day, she says, "Senpai, let me help you with your stretches." Wait! Are those her b-breasts that are touching him now?! Next, she asks, "On our next day off, can you come with me when I buy the equipment, and keep it a secret from everyone else?" Now she purposely wants to be alone with him?!
