Misora Shimizu is a university student who works part time at a funeral home near the Tokyo Skytree called "Bando Hall". Urushihara, the funeral director there, always worked alongside the priest Satomi to handle funerals with special circumstances. Urushihara is incredibly verbally abusive to all the staff members, including Misora, but devotes himself to connecting with the deceased and the surviving family. Urushihara quickly zeroes in on the fact that ever since she was a child, Misora has a certain "power" that brings about a miracle in one's final moments, and thus orders her to assist with the funerals he is in charge of.
