Sayuri-san no Imouto wa Tenshi follows the story of the Kobayashi siblings, Sayuri and her little sister Makoto. Due to a divorce they were seperated 13 years prior to the beginning of the story. One day Makoto suddenly appears near Sayuri's workplace, a flower shop, with wings on her back and a halo above her head. According to Makoto these angelic features were granted to her by god when she asked him to let her see Sayuri. She then begins living in Sayuri's apartment.

Year Taisho 20, Kuzunoha Raidou the 14th returned to the Capital as the Protector of the Capital. He stayed in Narumi Detective Agency as a cover for his true job. He was partnered with Gouto-douji, a black cat. One day, series of strange murders came. The victims were strangely killed, as if they were eaten by a beast. Then, Tae Asakura, their friend, came in and said about a person that is most likely to be a victim. Tae came to the man and wanted to investigate further. Raidou had a bad feeling and came to investigate, but the man was possessed by a demon. He almost killed Raidou, but the body fell down. Only left an empty skin. Raidou knew immediately that the demon was out there. Manticore's the name. Raidou had no choice but to defeat it. After he defeated it, he found Tae, almost unconcious. Gouto said that the man shouldn't be able to summon a demon because he's not a summoner. Someone mysterious is responsible for all this. Although the serial killing stop, the mysterious man is still out there. This mysterious man called out the Marebito Project. He knew that Raidou was the great obstacle for him. How will things turned out? What is this Marebito Project?

In Hathaway's Flash Hathaway Noa, still haunted by his past actions (not to mention the spirt of deceased Newtype Quess Paraya), joins a terrorist organization called Mafty and adopts the false name "Mafty Navue Erin". The organization Mafty is fighting a terrorist campaign against the Earth Federation government, and they are eventually able to acquire the incredibly powerful prototype Ξ Gundam, which Hathaway becomes the pilot of. Using the Ξ Gundam Mafty attempts to attack a meeting of high-ranking Federation cabinet members in Adelaide, Australia to force them to vote down a provision which would strengthen the Federations already considerable powers. As a point to note, this novel focuses on a version of events chronicled in creator Yoshiyuki Tomino's novelized form of Char's Counterattack, rather than his animated movie version, and as such, several discrepancies can be found between the animated work and this novel, making it more of a semi-canonical UC storyline, rather than 100% official canon.
