This is a completely new story with no relation to previous Gundam series. Set in the 21st century with Japan as the main stage where a mysterious army has invaded with super weapons called Mobile Suits, the protagonist stand against them with a mobile suit called "Gundam". The year is 200X. A mysterious robot fell from the sky into Tokyo. The robot is called a "Mobile Suit". Meanwhile, another Mobile Suit named "Gundam" crash landed near Kurono.

The world of the count's daughter, Fiori, who loves to grow plants, changed drastically the night she was mistakenly accused of pouring wine on the baron's sweet daughter. Groundless rumors of Fiori being a wicked woman leads to her being ostracized from social circles and her engagement being called off. On top of that, she is ordered to marry Adonis, a frontier count who is feared by the royal family as a mage who deals with monsters! Fiori falls from her peaceful life and despairs of the future.
