It is based on the work "ピクニックは終末に" which Takami Kazuyuki submitted under the name of "Enokino Hidehiko" (榎野英彦) to the 6th Dengeki Game Novel Award and made it to the final selection. Each volume is an omnibus, with a different protagonist in each work. The story revolves around a boy and a girl who are guided by members of a mysterious organization called the Organization to visit parallel worlds, where they help to change those worlds from the brink of destruction to a better one.
