High school student Komusashi Akada is a famous delinquent known as "The King of Destruction". What separates Komusahi from the average delinquent is his cherub-like face which he is insecure about. Suguru Ushikawa, the school's baseball ace, is seeking a catcher who can handle fastball speeds up to 140 km.
